Or you could go straight to the charcoal grilled fish or chicken with your choice of a creole sauce or garlic butter sauce served with carnival rice,greenfig salad, steamed vegetables,beans and ground provision .Save some space for dessert cause there will be coconut creme pie ,or seasonal fruit compote and ice cream  available.
